This place suits me perfectly, offering great wi-fi, air conditioning, and 24-hour security. The staff found my lost bracelet during my first visit. I strongly recommend it for a comfortable stay.

Double room on interior, had essentials required. An iron, a work desk, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels were a NICE touch. The location was particularly good, adjacent to museum, restaurants, shops.

missingWrote a review on 21 Novgreat locationclean roomuncomfortable bednoise issues
The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the major museums like Thyssen and Prado. The room was clean, and the staff friendly. I appreciated having the option of a bathroom in my room, even if it was small. Unfortunately, the noise from the street made it hard to sleep at times. The bedding left something to be desired. The twin foam bed was quite uncomfortable. The stairs to reach the hostal felt a bit daunting, especially since the entrance wasn't particularly inviting. Had a great stay, but I might look elsewhere next time due to the bed and noise issues.

The room was clean, but the shower had weak water pressure.

Great water pressure in the shower, even with the small tub. Location is a real win, close to key areas and easy to navigate around.
The rooms are cramped. Hearing every little thing from adjacent rooms can disrupt your peace. The bathtub's very limited space can be a challenge for larger users.

For a quieter experience, request a room away from the hallway. The walls are thin and noise travels easily.

Wicked great spot! The staff were super friendly and even hooked me up with a kettle for tea. The vibe was homey, and my room was cozy and clean. If you're lookin' for a place in Madrid, this one's the ticket. The only downside? Didn't have a good bathroom fan.

The room, although basic, was very clean and came with complimentary water bottles. The location is perfect for sightseeing, effortlessly connecting to key attractions. The street noise can be bothersome at night, and the lack of hot water consistency was frustrating. The bathroom was quite small. Despite some inconveniences, the friendly staff and homey atmosphere were great.

Recommend it for couples looking for a cozy stay
The location is just walkin' distance from so much, like Plaza Mayor. The staff were super friendly and able to give us great tips on where to eat. Plus, our room was clean and we had a small balcony overlooking a quiet street, it was nice to have a little space to breathe.
It wasn't exactly cheap, but for what you get, it's still acceptable.
